It was only by chance I was able to get in. You're on your own with stuff like that.

Also one of the lounger chairs was so badly deteriorated that it collapsed the first time I sat in it and I asked for a replacement only to be told "no chance" so we had not enough chairs to sit on. Also there was a problem with the toilet flush which was not fixed during the whole of my stay, it was very noisy through the...
