Superb apartment in the heart of the peninsula - Air-conditioned

😊: Great spot for exploring the town. Easy to walk and get the metro for Lyon. Very quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well for the summer..

😊: It was in a great location and was a nice and spacious. However there was a lot not to like.. 😢: Unfortunately we had a similar experience to the people that stayed a few days before us. The apartment needs a really good clean and some maintenance. We had to scrub our tea cups before we could use them. The kettle had limescale all over it. The sink and coffee machine were dirty. Crumbs in the kitchen drawers and the shower floor needed a really good scrub. Filthy spare pillows in the cupboard. Such a shame because this could be an amazing apartment if it was given some attention..

😊: Great communication from the host Sebastian, who was very helpful and provided clear instructions and tips for our stay. The location is very convenient 2 minutes walk from Perrache station and also close to Bellecour. Apartment was clean, modern, spacious for a couple and facilities great overall. Despite the central location, it wasn't noisy at night.. 😢: Only suggestion to make is to provide some hand wash for bathroom..
