Superb villa overlooking the bay, panoramic sea view, swimming pool, beach 5min

Lovely house in a good place overviewing the sea. Nice pool. There was enough space for two families. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is as beautiful as in the pics, and the entire process was professional and smooth. The only thing to be aware of is that there's no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in 2 of the bedrooms. The living room is fine - when you open the house there is a lovely breeze from the ocean that keeps you mostly cool. But as we were there in late July/early August, the lack of A/C in 2 bedrooms was an unpleasant surprise. I've still rated the house 5 stars though - just set your expectations accordingly!

Fantastic location, great hostess and wonderful views. Would advise anyone else visiting to also see Paul Richard Racing circuit for races, karting and GT experiences.

Belle propriété avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Seule point négatif, le nombre importants de marches pour atteindre la porte d'entrée de la maison depuis l'entrée de la propriété. Cela est dû à la géographie du terrain, mais devrait être indiqué dans le descriptif. Emplacement très calme.

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit sieben Personen und vier Generationen zu Gast bei Thérèse und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten noch nie einen so sauberen Pool (selbst reinigend). Vielen Dank für das Vertrauen und die Gastfreundschaft.

Unsere Erwartungen an dieses Ferienhaus mit seinem Pool waren hoch, wurden aber bei weitem übertroffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer, des Wohn-Esszimmers und der Küche waren perfekt. Auch der ganze Aussenbereich mit Pool und Terrassen hat uns begeistert. Herausfordernd war einzig jeweils die Zufahrt zum Haus, da die Strasse extrem eng ist. Und leider hat der Masterbedroom bislang noch kein WLAN.

Hier passt einfach Alles! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick ist schöner als man es auf den Fotos erahnen kann. Bäcker Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie das Meer der Strand. Therese ist eine sehr bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder.

We were 3 couples who stayed for 1 week. House was very clean and entirely renovated. Although bedrooms are relatively small all of them include a full bath and therefore provided us with all the intimacy that we needed. Beds are extremely comfortable. As per the common areas, they are large and roomy. The outside terrace can comfortably sit 8 people and the kitchen counter is extremely practical when temperature is too cold for al fresco dining. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has all the necessary appliances. An outside BBQ is very easy to use and we did on 2 occasions. We hired bikes for the week and they were worth it as within less than 30 minutes and you are surrounded by more than 20 wineries. The views are beautiful and location of the villa is within a 5 minute walk from the water and restaurants. To all future renters, there is a walk called Le Liroral between the house and Bandol that takes you along the coast...fabulous! You can depart on foot directly from the house. We all had a magnificent time and would recommend strongly.
