Superb villa Varoise entirely renovated

Private pool, spacious property. Clean and modern with everything you could wish for at your disposal in the kitchen. There is a beautiful area to sit in the evenings to play French boules, table tennis under cover, bicycles should you want them. It literally was a home from home with that luxury feel!The check-in and checkout process was really smooth and effortless. We would stay again when we are next in the area.

I stayed at La Dessalinienne with my parents and my brother's family for a week and we enjoyed it extremely. It is a spacious house that is decorated with great attention to detail and interior design. As a result, it did not feel like an average holiday home at all. It felt like a home, a place where you like to stay. All the necessary amenities are also present. For example, every room was air-conditioned - which was necessary in temperatures of over 38 degrees. Outside, we extremely enjoyed the spacious pool and the gas barbecue. In the city Le Thoronet on the other hand is not much to do, but you will find everything you need. There is a good bakery, butcher, supermarket and restaurant only 7 minutes away. The contact with homeowners was also flawless. So I can only conclude that our stay in La Dessalinienne was extremely successful and I would immediately recommend this house to anyone.

The gite was spacious, with interesting features and a fantastic pool that the kids loved. There were great outside shady areas to avoid the sunshine during the heat of the day, big kitchen and nights were relatively cool. Phone reception patchy but WiFi fine. Owners very helpful and easy to contact. There isn’t much in Le Thoronet beyond the basics so you need to drive 20-30 mins for a big supermarket and things to do beyond wine tasting and the Abby which is worth a visit, but otherwise a nice secluded location within reach of the coast (st Raphael) etc. We had a great week.
