Superb villa with heated pool and magnificent view of the Brague park

We travelled with 9 adults and loved the house. The gigantic and rich equipped kitchen with table and large doorfront to be opened to the loggia was meeting point for all of us. The heated pool is wonderful and relaxing. The interior is lovely. The backyard is wonderful and well taken care of

Lovely property, very well equipped, everything you would need is there! It's very spacious and has a relaxed feel - we had a great time. Well maintained with gardner/pool guys coming every week. Having a heated pool was a very nice bonus! Hosts were very helpful - and left a lovely welcome pack for our arrival. It's only a 2 min drive (longer uphill walk back!) from river - kids loved paddling there. Lots of lovely villages in the local area, beach within easy reach. Practical things we noted: Mezzanine bedrooms more suitable for older children (rather than younger children or adults). One bedroom is only accessed by walking through another room. You'll need a car, nearest shop is only 5 mins but it's not walkable.

The house and location were perfect for our friends and family. We were attending the Mouratoglou Academy for the week, and it was the perfect spot, about 15 minutes away by car. Hope to stay there again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Biot, for a week-long family vacation. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. The property's photos don't do justice to its magnificent pool, which was not only impeccably maintained but also heated. The villa itself boasts top-of-the-line amenities, including a state-of-the-art kitchen and a brand-new BBQ, showcasing the owners' impeccable taste and attention to detail in every aspect of its design. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, the property offers complete privacy & tranquility. While the villa provides a peaceful retreat, it's worth noting that it's a bit secluded, which suited us perfectly. However, a short drive takes you to the charming town of Biot and a well-stocked supermarket. Inside the villa, each room was equipped with great A/C, and everything worked flawlessly throughout our stay. While our overall experience was exceptional, we did notice that all the en-suite bathrooms could have been cleaner upon our arrival. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the villa. We're already looking forward to renting this property again in the future, as it truly offers a 5-star experience that's worth every penny. The owners were very responsive & easy to communicate with, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. In summary, our stay was nothing short of perfect and very positive. We had a great time in this beautiful villa. As others have said, the photos do not really do it justice. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly want. It is obviously necessary to have a car, but the location is ideal for touring around the many beautiful towns and villages of the south of France.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their villa. It is even better in real life than in the online photos. We were 2 families and there was ample space for everyone to relax and hang out. A car is a must as there isn’t anywhere you can walk to. However, the grocery store is a short drive and the small village of Biot. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

This house is beyond spectacular! Better than the photos. We do a trip with our whole family once a year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The amenities are extraordinary and it has a remarkably equipped kitchen. Every detail has been thought of in the design. You see and hear no other houses in a beautifully landscaped setting with scenic views of the hillside. I could go on forever and am so grateful that Tristan and his family shared their home with us where we could create memories to last a lifetime. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Les parties extérieures sont très agréables: piscine, boulodrome, barbecue Très grande cuisine, vraiment pensée pour accueillir de grands groupes (jusqu’à 14 personnes) Il y a quatre chambres très corrects. La 5eme et 6eme chambres correspondent plus à des enfants, pas trop jeunes non plus, car les lits sont en mezzanine. Je recommande!
