Superbe appart de 129m2, 3 ch-Neuilly 2 min Paris

Excellent location, weird bathroom/toilet setup and every seat in the livingroom is so low and so very uncomfortable. But worst was the fact that only two crappy wine glasses ( no the rst are juice glasses !) in an apartment in Paris. Come on -check your appointments!

This is a beautiful apartment. A lot of thought and care has been put into its design and decoration. Surprisingly, there is only one toilet in this spacious three-bedroom accommodation, but the two bathrooms are well appointed. It's just above a great bar, a lovely boulangerie, and an amazing Asian traiteur. Set in a neighbourhood of stunning architecture, it's a few minutes walk from a metro and a large Monoprix. We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return.

Nice property in easy reach of metro. Great neighborhood with lots of dining and grocery/pharmacy options. No AC made the apartment feel warm on some nights even with the windows open. On 2 occasions during our 8 night stay, the hot water heater quit working, and we were never told why. There is only 1 toilet. No big deal, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.

😊: Quite big and cozy flat in a very respectable Paris district. Very nice restaurants in the building. No traffic noise, quiet day&night.. 😢: The flat is ancient, so the floors are creaking and there is a fallen plaster in the walls in a bathroom. The building next door was on a reconstruction so we had to move on the 3rd day cause it was too loud since 7.30AM. While we have been staying the delegation came into the appartement and they were stepping over our stuff, that was a shock and a lot of questions to the owner. In the appartement that they offered as a replacement instead of the refund we were exposed earlier despite that we mentioned the other check-out time. No comments..

The apartment was lovely! Located in a cute neighborhood just outside Paris. Very clean spacious…near restaurants stores, as well as the bus stop.
