SUPERBE APPARTEMENT 80m2 VUE MER PANORAMIQUE DES ALPES A L'ESTEREL

We had a lovely week in Josie and Gianni's apartment which is located in the heights of Le Trayas and so affords magnificent views of the coastline and also a glimpse into the Esterel National Park. We were able to park our car on the very quiet road outside the house. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The open plan sitting room/kitchen is light filled and comfortably furnished and is a joy to be in with beautiful views all around. The sofas are very comfortable and the large TV is great for evening entertainment. Good WiFi. There are a few steps leading down to the bedroom and bathroom. Josie and Gianni are a lovely couple who are kind and helpful and are quick to respond, if needed and Josie speaks good English. We had some beautiful hikes in The Esterel National Park and along the coastline. Thank you Josie and Gianni for sharing your lovely home.

Tolle, große Wohnung mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, komplett ausgestattet. Alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeber Josie und Gianni sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist topmodern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist unsagbar schön. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Gianni und Josie sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.

The views are fabulous, the terraces a delightful sitting area, the main room is very comfortable and well designed. The kitchen area is well laid out, well stocked with crockery/appliances so that food preparation is easy. If you stay here, you are unlikely to go out for dinner every night. At night very quiet. Very comfortable, ie hard, bed. Gianni and Josie were delightful hosts, everything, wifi codes etc, easily set out and explained.

Tolle, sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Accessoires; wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter durch die wunderbare Sicht über das Meer bis Cannes kein verlorener Urlaubstag. Gute Ausgangslage für Bike- oder Hiking Touren im Esterel. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber Josi und Gianni!

We loved every minute of our holiday here. First of all, we want to thank Josie and Gianni so much for making our stay so pleasant and a one-of-a-kind! You are great hosts and wonderful people! So, the apartment is just as described and as you can see on the pictures. So clean, well decorated and there is everything you need from kitchen equipment (which is the newest you can find) to small wellness articles in the bathroom. It is great to have Josie and Gianni living there as well, they are always there and ready for you when you have a question and have many great sightseeing tips as well! We don't know what else to say. It was hard leaving this outstanding place and we will come back!!!

Nous avons passés deux semaines sublimes dans la Villa Kia Ora. La vue est tranquille et vaste. It will take your breath away. The solarium (outside the house door) and en suite balcony were private, quiet areas to dine and appreciate the view. L’apartment est le plus confortable dans notre expérience en France, surtout les immeubles. The rooms are large, airy and clean. The bathroom is also very spacious, while we found the bed to also be comfortable. There is a little épicerie down the hill. The road up the hill to the Villa Kia Ora is a bit challenging (narrow, curvy), but you can get use to it. Parking is on the street next to the house gate. Notre hôtes étaient congénial et très intéressants. The evenings spent having apéritifs and playing les pétanques were absolutely wonderful and one of our favourite memories. Josie and Gianni were lovely, courteous of our privacy, and engaging. We hope to see them in Vancouver! Deanne G and Joe B

Holidays in the villa Kia Ora was surely the best and the most unforgettable experience out of all the 15 holiday apartments we have stayed in the Mediterranean region. Josie and Gianni are the most charming and gracious hosts we’ve ever met. They are so nice and we felt as if we have come to one of our sister or brother’s home. We enjoyed a splendid panoramic sea view from the spacious living room. The gorgeous view is actually more than what you can expect from a photo on the website. The villa is located in a quiet region, but you can go to a nice sand beach with several minutes drive. We have enjoyed a taste of paradise in the apartment. The rooms are nicely decorated and all the equipments in the apartment are clean and well organized. Especially the newly refurbished kitchen with induction heat equipment has a high degree of usability for everyday life in the apartment. We have already booked a two-week stay in next summer!
