At 15.40 I received a message from proprietor that his grandad would meet me with keys, but that he would not be there after 1700. I was given a number to call to confirm my ETA. A motorway delay meant that I was probably not going to arrive before 17.00, so I called the number to advise. I was told that I needed to be there by 1700. Grandad didn't seem to understand that I couldn't give an ETA as I was sitting in traffic. ...
