😢: Made a booking the day before. The apartment had no hot water. This was not advertised and was only told the morning of and discovered this as I was trying to check in and too late to personally look for another accommodation. I was offered the option to cancel entirely (realistically too late if you tell me when I am already there) or another property, without being told which one, where or in what conditions, which made it sound like an intentional scam. Tried to contact booking about this and they were unable to get in touch with the owner of the property..
