Superbe appartement avec parking sur place

😊: The parking space and location. 😢: Kitchen crockery was chipped and outdated.

😊: Good distribution of the flat, the bedrooms are away from living room and facing calm streets, so you can rest well. Beds were quite comfortable and there is ac not only in the living room but also in one of the bedrooms so you can keep good temperature. 😢: The floor was very dirty, needs good mopping. The doors of many cupboards were broken and tilted, looked like they will fall when opening. Place needs more dishes and newer ones, there were only two cups and one of them was broken. Shower needs also some fixing, no where to put shower head, need to hold it.

😊: Great location. Short walk from the station and into Nimes. Easy check in. Lovely rustic charm..

😊: The location was good. The kitchen was the best room in the house. Clean and well equipped. The actual shower pressure was good. It was spacious with nice tall windows and lovely tiled floors. Has the potential to be a great apartment but needs some TLC. 😢: The shower container and shower mixer were dirty. The towels were like cardboard and poor quality. The sofa had lots on stains on it. There was a dirty ash tray on the little balcony table. The beds had no duvets only a sheet over them. I was told the duvets were in the Dry Cleaners and to turn up the heating if cold. Not ideal as it was the end of September and cold at night. We were only given one key safe code which was for the apartment. However you needed another key safe code to open the property gates. As the road is very narrow we had to drive around the streets 3 times before the host got back to us with the actual gate code. No apology or explanation given for the lack of information..
