Superbe appartement de 51m2 à 10mn de Paris

😊: Excellent suburban location, a short walk to the train station taking you into central Paris. Clean and spacious property..

😊: Perfect location for Roland Garros. 😢: We were here 2 years ago as well, apartment was in pristine condition at that time, now you could see it was well lived in for the last 2 years, some small maintenance here and there to be carried out to make it perfect again..

😊: Luxury modern apartment, very secure and all facilities you would need for a self catering stay. Great location, quiet residential area with supermarket nearby. Near to 2 metro lines (9 & 10) but the very end of line so about 30mins to central paris. Very convenient for Parc du Prince for the football. 😢: During hot days, can get very warm. No aircon so windows open only but at night, the shutters stop neighbours from looking in but then air flow is stopped.

Außergewöhnlich
#128578; Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Das Bett war bequem, das Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz sehr gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Exceptional
#128578; The apartment is new and modern, very well equipped with everything you need, on the first floor with elevator. Terrace is a bonus. Very comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. The street is in the quiet and green neighbourhood but after 3-5 min walk, you will reach the metro station ( line 9 ). Communication with host was running smoothly with clear instructions. I would highly recommend it if the central location in Paris isn’t your priority.
