Superbe appartement en centre-ville, 20min de Paris, 5 min d'Enghien

😊: Property was clean and in a good location only 20/30 minutes from Paris on the train. Would definitely recommend.

😊: Positive aspects include the apartment’s location. Since the RER C line was out of service during our stay, we walked to the Gare d’Enghien-les-Bains train station, which turned out to be a beautiful walk through a residential area and along the lake. It was also a nice touch that we had six coffee capsules and several individually wrapped jams prepared for five adults for a three-day stay.. 😢: Probably the biggest issue was that we had booked accommodation for 7 people, but only 6 beds were prepared. There was no bedding or towels for the seventh bed, which was a sofa bed. I asked in advance about the possibility of early check-in, as we were travelling with a 4-year-old child and our journey had started at 3:00 a.m. On the day of arrival, I received messages between 09:37 and 09:40 saying the apartment was ready. However, when I proactively called the host, I was told they didn’t know whether early check-in would be possible, since check-out takes place between 10 and 11 a.m. and they'd only know more once they saw the condition of the apartment. I was told they would contact me again — but they never did. Later, I received another message stating that the code to access the key lockbox would work only from 4 p.m. That was very confusing. I don’t know what I would have done if I had relied on the initial morning messages — I would’ve arrived and then had to wait until 4 p.m.? That would have been extremely unpleasant, especially with a small child. When I urgently needed help entering the apartment, I reached only voicemail and received a message saying everything was explained in the instructions. The same thing happened when I had problems leaving the apartment — I called both “emergency” numbers, but no one picked up. I left a voicemail, but no one ever called me back. As for the apartment itself: it’s quite neglected. There was mould in the shower, the showerhead holder was attached with a plastic clamp, a doorframe was chipped, and there was unemptied trash in the kitchen bin — including a used diaper and other items I preferred not to examine..

😊: The space and all cleaned with all facilities.. 😢: Nothing to add.
