😊: Our family of 5 adults stayed 3 nights in late July 2026. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout sofa bed in the living room, and there was an AC unit in the living room as well as the larger bedroom, allowing us to sleep comfortably. This 2nd floor apartment has high ceilings and big windows letting in natural light, with two Juliette balconies and a nice view of the street below. The neighbourhood feels safe and nearby is a beautiful cathedral with a lovely square for having coffee. The apartment is close to several grocery stores, the metro & busses, is in good walking distance to the old town and other tourist sights, is nicely decorated, and its kitchen is fairly well-equipped. We didn't have much interaction with the hosts but they were quick to reply. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and it made a good home base while in Toulouse for exploring.. 😢: The biggest thing that would make this apartment more comfortable for guests is the addition of a simple shower curtain! The tub walls are high and the lack of a shower curtain with only a hand-held shower means you can't shower comfortably and water splashes everywhere making the floor and your clothing wet. Because the tub walls are so high, some people could have difficulty just getting into the tub. We all stubbed our toes a few times. The toilet, like other French toilets, is in a small room of its own, however, it seems to be missing a vent pipe because it emits a terrible smell in the middle of the night allowing sewer gas to escape into the room. We wouldn't recommend this apartment for a family with young children because the furnishings are all white, including the bedding, living room chairs and carpet, and already have many stains on them. There is an awkwardness to the apartment in that the door opens into a narrow hallway with nowhere to put shoes, and all the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet come off this hallway with noisy sliding doors, some of which don't stay open..

😊: Great location, easy to find and super trendy, very clean and well presented. Comfortable sitting area and large main bedroom. Parking easy in nearby car park. Comms good with owners and easy access.. 😢: A tad noisy to walk around and with all 3 beds being used and creaking floor and sliding doors at night would wake light sleepers. Main bedroom separate but other room basically boxed off in the lounge (all be it comfortable). Then sofa bed in the lounge. All comfortable enough. Bathroom and toilet in the open hall - so again a toilet visit at night with sliding doors was not very quiet. Up two flights of spiral staircases which we had seen on another comment to knew before arrival..
