My reservation was cancelled at the exact time I was supposed to check in, without any reasonable explanation. Throughout the day I stayed in constant contact with the host and repeatedly asked about the check-in time. Despite this, the host falsely claimed that he had been waiting for me before the agreed time. The host also lied by claiming that more people arrived than were included in the reservation and used this as the reason for cancelling the booking. This is completely untrue and was clearly invented as an excuse. To make matters worse, the host shouted at me during our phone conversation instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I strongly advise others to avoid this property and this host..
