😊: Domestic appliances (kettle, toaster, fridge) were functional. WiFi worked well.. 😢: Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The apartment did not match the photos at all. It is situated in an old building, with a musty smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bedroom upstairs is directly open to a storage area full of cleaning supplies, with no door or separation, making it very unpleasant to sleep there, especially with such poor ventilation. The bed could not be repositioned due to lack of space. The linens and towels were not fresh and had visible stains. The bathroom was in poor condition, with old fixtures and generally unacceptable cleanliness. There were loud noises from the neighbors at night, and the sound isolation was very poor. Cobwebs on the ceiling scared our children, and the creaky floor added to the discomfort. The entire apartment felt neglected and poorly maintained. Additionally, the plaster wall in the kitchen had a sharp texture, and I accidentally cut my finger just by brushing against it. There were holes in the walls with exposed wires, and nails sticking out where paintings used to hang, which were dangerous. The skirting boards were loose and easily fell off by just walking past them. We were also disappointed by the parking situation. We were told we could park in the courtyard, but when we opened the gate, there was construction debris blocking the way, and the neighbors from the upper floor shouted at us when we tried to enter. To make matters worse, the host later tried to accuse us of causing damage, which was completely unjustified. We strongly believe that the listing does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. We do not recommend this property to anyone, and we hope future guests avoid the disappointment we experienced..

😊: Very spacious apartment in a calm street. Shops are nearby. It has all that you need. Unlocking door with phone is easy. We were happy to stay here with our family.. 😢: X.
