Superbe appartement sur le canal du midi

😊: The location was by the Canal de Midi. Good balcony with plenty of shade. Well appointed and clean apartment. Near supermarkets and boulangeries if needed. Close to roads to get around the area. Great WiFi . AIr conditioning ..

😊: It was as described a beautiful well equipped holiday home with excellent views over the canal du midi. La Redorte is a pleasant village with boulangerie not far away.. 😢: One of the bedrooms is upstairs and the floor in that room creak very loudly. If someone upstairs uses the bathroom in the night it disturbs those sleeping below..

😊: Booked for 2 weeks. Flat is ok, like the photos, however looking well-used. The kitchen is quite good and all is very clean. Owner left us one thin towel & hand towel each, one dish towel - for 2 weeks. Beds are double size, small. The upstairs bedroom floor and stairs squeak and make so much noise when someone is walking, or even turning in bed, that it totally disturbs those in the downstairs bedroom (also no a/c in the downstairs bedroom). Perhaps not in the owner’s control but the outside metal stairs cause a disturbance when people upstairs are coming and going between 4:30/5:30/6:30 am. Our first night, when we called & asked about a can opener (we needed it for dinner), she told us to go buy one. Later that night she sent us an email telling us to limit the use of the A/C or she would charge us extra (the place was very warm when we arrived). So not a very warm welcome. The smart tv she lists is a Firestick that works sporadically, constantly freezing and needing reboots. We did not use the bbq as it was dirty and rusted. Needed to purchase dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. When renting longer term In the past in other places, all of these items were supplied, including providing more towels. All in all, perhaps alright for a couple of nights but we wouldn’t recommend it for longer periods.. 😢: As stated above..

😊: Comfortable, very clean, we’ll equipped excellent location.
