😊: Location, price, comfortable, nice little kitchenette with all necessary equipment.. 😢: It was hard to score because there were a few issues which don’t quite fit the categories. There was no shade on the main bedroom light, just a bulb. The bedding had not been ironed, it was very creased, not a good first impression. Also the table cloth needed ironing and everything looked “tired”. A number of the plug sockets are coming out of the wall which seems dangerous. There were no instructions for the heater in the living room (no heating in the bedroom). The bedroom is very small and there were no drawers to put any clothes in (not a problem for us as we only stayed one night). It would have been good if the owners had told us that the corridors were being Painted, they were covered in plastic, including the entrance door to the corridor where the apartment is..

😊: Great location 2 minutes from the sea. Very tranquil..

😊: Easy to find good location for the beach. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The apartment was close to some historic beaches. The price was good considering the proximity to the coastal beaches. It was very reasonably priced for the time of year.. 😢: The apartment is in need of attention, it felt unloved and in areas a little shabby. The oven is far too high to use safely and the dishwasher doesn't have space for the larger plates. This property is suitable for two persons only. There was evidence of animal hair around the apartment and a vacuum cleaner and mop in the living room area, not in a cupboard. Bedding was tired, holes in the sheets and duvet cover, towels did not smell fresh, we used our own for drying ourselves, as we didn't fancy using the house towels..

😊: nothing in particular. 😢: A little to basic although i guess you get what you pay for. One particular point owner should be aware of the coded lock box for key does NOT work properly..
