Superbe maison 4 étoiles pour 8 pers avec piscine sur le port de PERROS-GUIREC - Réf 873

We are 2 families with children ranging from 9-18. The house is spacious and the enclosed large garden with beautiful plants and pool is lovely. The sun terrace off the kitchen with outdoor seating and bbq is a lovely area. The location is perfect 2 minute walk to the harbour and loads of lovely beaches in walking distance tho a little hilly. Only a couple of minor downsides the 2 double bedrooms do not have WC’s in the bathrooms and share a WC one of the bedrooms is on the first floor with a small spiral staircase so not easy access to the WC. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with WC and are very spacious. The house would probably not be suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities due to the different stairs. Bed linen is not provided and you need to either bring your own or rent from the office you will need to ask. Overall a lovely house and Perros Guirec is a beautiful town and we would recommend this property.
