SUPERBE MAISON DE FAMILLE CENTRE VILLAGE DE WISSANT GRAND JARDIN 17 COUCHAGES

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus von Alexandre und seiner Familie. Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein und auch die Ausstattung, Einrichtung, die Geräumigkeit, die Schlafsituation waren perfekt für uns, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir waren im Mai dort und hatten alle vorstellbaren Wetter - Strand-, Terrassen- und Gartenwetter - und auch herrlich gemütliches Kamin- und Spieleabend-Wetter. Das ist das Tolle, Das Haus ist für alle Situationen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Alexandre vor der Reise lief einwandfrei und zuverlässig, er war sehr geduldig mit mir und all meinen Fragen. Wir waren zu 11 Personen dort, darunter sowohl Kinder als auch Senioren - alle sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen, es war wunderbar. Vielen Dank Alexandre. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und ich leite jedem, dem ich von unserem tollen Wochenende erzähle, den Link zum Haus weiter! :-)

Propreté, équipement, communication avec le propriétaire et idéalement situé. Tout était parfait!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amis dans cette charmante maison. Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Idéalement située pour profitez de toutes les activités que propose la région. De plus , Alexandre est à l’écoute et joignable immédiatement si besoin. A ne pas hésiter, nous y retournerons

La mer, la fête, la famille au complet dans une propriété très bien agencée ! Les enfants ont apprécié la pièce au 2ème, une nuit tous ensemble top! Vue sur la mer et le phare du cap gris nez! Super chouette!

La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse et très propre . la cheminée donne une ambiance chaleureuse . La proximité de la mer est un vrai plus pour un séjour avec des enfants. Il est facile d'échanger avec le propriétaire par sms.

The house was clean and well-equipped, though we had to purchase some kitchen utensils ourselves. Contact with the owner was excellent.

Property is very centrally located for amenities in the town, and a short walk to the beach. The road is the main exit route so can be busy especially early evening. Communication with the property owner was good and we appreciated flexibility rebooking after COVID restrictions were lifted and an earlier check in/later check out. Check in was by lock box so very straightforward. The owner was keen for payments/communications to be made outside of HomeAway and I had to be firm about this. House has great potential but many minor ailments - leaking toilets, damp patches, electrical sockets hanging off and bare wires, tools and piles of wood lying around, door and window catches that didn’t work or close properly. More of a minor irritation for us but could be dangerous for small children - including side terrace with steep drop/no rail and internal stairways were also very steep. Kitchen was well equipped in the main for cooking/eating and stocked with basic ingredients, condiments etc. Dishwasher was fitted style but missing a cupboard door so would not stay open. No bins onsite so all rubbish and recycling has to be walked to nearby refuse collection. Lovely big garden front and rear, and side terrace which makes the most of the evening sun. House really does have great potential given location, grounds and size but needs some work by qualified tradesmen and is expensive given the quality of finish. The owner has also twice messaged me requesting I leave a 5* review so consider other such reviews with caution.
