A beautiful house with everything...<br>#128578; The property was spacious, clean and very well equipped, a real home from home! In a safe neighbourhood with a lovely patisserie and grocery store a few minutes walk away. Very easy to get an Uber into main town and walkable (about 20mins, but uphill on the way back) Good train links to Nice, Monte-Carlo etc and very reasonable fares.<br>#128577; The inside concrete staircase would benefit from a handrail… Swimming pool was too cold to swim in.

Excellent séjour en famille dans...<br>#128578; - L’emplacement proche des commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie…) - Proche de la ligne de bus pour rejoindre le centre-ville, gare SNCF - L’espace extérieur bien orienté (soleil la journée) - La pièce principale agréable à vivre en famille, les chambres spacieuses et salles de bains bine équipées - Possibilité de se garer devant la maison dans une cour fermée et sécurisée par un portail électrique - Ines très accueillante et très sympathique qui était disponible si nous avions besoin de...

We had the most incredible week at this villa which was in a perfect location for exploring Cannes and the surrounding area but also in a lovely residential area where we could have days by the pool or an evening barbecue. Ines was the most attentive hostess and helped organise a replacement caterer when private chef we'd organised separately to celebrate a birthday let us down at the last minute. The villa was very clean and had everything required apart from a full length mirror (a very minor negative!!). It felt a lot bigger than in the photos! Another set of keys or a key code would have been handy as we were a group of 10 and had to work out how to share 2 sets bit again a minor issue. We'd definitely look to come back if we were visiting Cannes again!

Wir haben eine Woche mit drei Familien im Haus verbracht und es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Es gibt 3-4 private Stellplätze, die durch ein Tor abgegrenzt sind. Die gesamte Anlage ist faszinierend. Mitten in der Stadt umrahmt von Mehrfamilienhäusern liegt das Haus uneinsehbar. Die Zimmer sind wertig ausgestattet und es gibt genug Platz für Privatsphäre durch innenliegende Bäder. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist toll und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist vollumfänglich. Besonderses Highlight ist der nicht einsehbare Poolbereich. Das Meer und die Croisette sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, bzw mit Ines ist unproblematisch und sehr positiv. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Eine Buchung kann uneingeschränkt vorgenommen werden.

My family and I stayed at the very nice villa for a week. Ines was there to meet us and give us the keys. She was very nice and explained that she lives around and we could reach out to her any time. The house was just perfect for my big family. The kids loved the swimming pool and we loved the security system/alarm connected to the pool. The parking is a plus as it is hard to park in Cannes. We were able to park 3 cars. The house was clean and quite at night. We are a big family and we had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our vacation and we enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice villa only 20 min. walk from the harbour. Cosy private terrase with pool. Excellent service from Ines at both arrival and departure. Ines is also awailable for any queries during the stay. Definately a villa to recommend!
