Superbe Maison de ville Duplex

Wir werden freundlich in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen. Als wir die Klappcoach ausklappen wollen, können die Beine nicht auf den Boden gestellt werden, so dass sie wie bei hohem Seegang wackelt. Anruf unseres Einweisers ergibt, dass man von dem Problem wisse, deshalb vier Bücher bereit gestellt habe zum Unterlegen. Das Unterlegen verringert tatsächlich das Wackeln, aber beim Wenden ist es nach wie vor vorhanden. Da wir Gottseidank zu fünft und nicht wie geplant zu sechst angereist sind, nächtigt einer von uns auf nicht ausgeklappter Coach. In Mails wird uns Hilfe angeboten bei auftretenden Problemen. Als wir nach Kaffeetassen und einem zweiten Schlüssel nachfragen, ist Sendepause. Keine Antwort. Für diesen Nichtservice ist das Appartement eindeutig zu teuer, was schließlich zur Abwertung führt, auch wenn die Schlafzimmer nett und gefällig sind. Hier fehlt allerdings bei einer Bettdecke der Bezug. Als normal und nicht zur Abwertung sehen wir das laute Treiben junger Leute bis in die Morgenstunden während des Festes unmittelbar vor dem Appartement, was den Meisten den nächtlichen Schlaf kostet.

Appartement agréable bien situé, calme.Bien équipé en ustensiles et casseroles mais quelques petites choses à changer ou ajouter (manque des verres, des petites cuillères). La brosse wc est cassée.Les lits sont confortables. Le canapé-lit l'est moins.Une notice pour allumer la TV serait bienvenue.

Bien placé. L appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et plutôt propre dans l ensemble. Par contre le quartier est très bruyant. L isolation phonique inexistante. Autre point nous n avons pas trouvé la terrasse ....! Peut être la rue devant. l appartement étant au réz de chaussée....la literie d une des chambres est moyenne. Nombreuses lattes cassées. La fenêtre donnant sur le salon ne ferme pas bien. En poussant de l extérieur on peut ouvrir...la tv est difficile à allumer . Problème de connexion à la box. Mais ce qui nous a derangé le plus a été l odeur pestidentielle dans les wc à partir du 2ème jour. Une odeur de wc public horrible qui a envahit l appartement pour le restant du sejour....dommage.

2 chambre grande cuisine et salon sechelinge. Parfait pour un week end

Very soacieux, clean, pleasant, no problem of music because no neighbours, thank you very much for this magnificent stay, just next to the stairs tagged nice for beautiful photos, lots of bars and restaurants just down the stairs. Nothing to add, thank you again for this wonderful stay.

Accommodation in a good location. sewage smell in the shower. accommodation not clean: stained mattress, hair on the mattress, bathroom not clean and dirty crockery in the cupboards. A shame as the accommodation was pleasant.

Location close to the center, nice neighborhood. Very comfortable bedding. Beware of the stairs on the first floor, especially to get out of the first room, which can be surprising when you wake up. But apart from this detail, the accommodation is really very pleasant.

Cold, Smelly and Dirty. We stayed there from 3 to 6 march. The heaters didn't work and the flat was always cold, a smell like something died near the downstairs bathroom was always present in the living room and about how clean was the flat i would give a 6 out of 10.
