😊: A very modern apartment, really comfortable and perfectly situated for the 15-minute downhill walk into town. The linens were pristine, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Appliances were very modern. The gift of olives and olive oil were a lovely touch. All communication with the host was friendly and comprehensive.. 😢: We struggled with the oven and TV operation. Perhaps more detailed explanations are necessary..

😢: Our experience with Superbe T3 was very unpleasant and unprofessional. First, they confirmed the booking and immediately charged my card. Then, after the payment, they messaged me saying that towels and bed linen were not included and would cost an extra €10 per person — something that was never mentioned at the time of booking. We booked for 6 people, but they suddenly claimed the apartment only had beds for 4. I clearly stated that our reservation was for 6 guests and that sleeping arrangements needed to match that number. Instead of solving the issue, they told me they were canceling the booking and refused to accommodate us, even for one night! To make matters worse, they wanted me to request the cancellation — which would have meant I had to pay a penalty, despite the issue being entirely on their side. They had already confirmed the reservation and charged my card, yet they tried to push the blame on me and trick me into paying more. The conversation dragged on unnecessarily, and it became clear they were just trying to squeeze more money from us. Thank goodness for the Booking.com support team — they helped me recover the full amount. Without them, I would have lost my money due to the hosts' dishonesty..
