😊: The property is part of a medium-sized but quiet development with a shared pool, and a short walk to the beach (although 5 min only if you walk quickly). The beach is excellent, gently shelving sand and big enough to find space even when busy. The property had air-conditioning which was much needed given the temperatures when we were there. Also a small garden (astro-turf) and terrace to sit out with an electric hot plate as a barbeque option.. 😢: VIas-Plage is very much a mid-market (at best) summer resort with a single busy strip of tourist shops and bars/cafes/restaurants with small and limited Spar supermarket. Large supermarket is in Vias a shortish drive away..
