Superbe villa soleil piscine jardin calme et vue mer sur les hauteurs de Nice

A beautiful property and house with great views of Nice below. We had two other couples stay with us, making six in total. We had plans to eat out several nights but the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor dining spaces kept us on the property the entire time. Why leave perfection? Fabulous time was had by all. The villa looks just like the pictures! The pool and garden area is the most picturesque place to spend your whole day and have the best view over Nice. Patrick was super helpful even before check-in and after check-out. We felt very welcome and didn’t miss anything during our stay. For rainy days, he even has TV Channels from all over Europe. There’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so enough room for at least 6 people. The kitchen und supplies are very modern - you’ll find everything you need. Also a big 4-burner-BBQ which we used almost every day. The villa is located in a small gated street, up in the hills north of Nice. You definitely need a car, as the bus isn’t very reliable and the nearest shops are around 3 km away. There’s a P+R Tramway Station 5 mins away by car and the tram takes you to the city centre and beach within 15 mins. We can definitely recommend Patrick‘s villa and would come back in a heartbeat. Wonderful house and property with superb views of Nice. Lovely deck area and pool. Excellent LP record collection and well equipped kitchen/BBQ etc. Parking is great and drivers should be "confident on winding Chemins". Patrick recommended parking at the tram lot and using public transport on Tram 1 to access main parts of town train station etc. (Easy access to all of Cote's D'Azure)...This worked great. Thanks again for use of your house.

Wundervolles Haus, sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet in Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Garten (inkl. Nespresso-Maschine). Drei Schlafzimmer (Bettbreiten 1.60 m, 1.40 m, 1.40 m) mit Klimaanlagen. Grosser Pool in einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Gemütliche Lounge unter Bäumen neben dem Pool. Viele Sonnenliegen und grosser, sauberer Gasgrill. Abends kommen draussen Stechmücken -> Anti Brumm Forte hat 100% geholfen. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen nördlich von Nizza mit Blick über Nizza und das Meer, am Ende einer längeren Privatstrasse. Eigenes Auto erforderlich; es gibt aber auch Busverbindungen zur Tram-Endstation Henri Sappia (dort Gratis-Parking bei Nutzung einer Mehrfartenkarte). Sehr ruhige Lage; je nach Wind ist die Autobahn manchmal ganz leicht hörbar. Unkomplizierter und hilfreicher Kontakt mit Vermieter Patrick Murris - Merci beaucoup! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It’s a great house. Found everything to be just we expected. Patrick was a great host. Not sure we’ll make back to Nice anytime soon, but if we’re to come back, would definitely look to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété de Patrick. Outre le confort de la villa, elle bénéficie d une très belle vue sur Nice et la cote. Merci à Patrick pour son accueil .

We stayed 2 weeks at the Villa in August 2022, 2 adults and 3 teenagers plus 2 dogs. Patrick welcomed us at the villa and showed us around, the pictures don't do it justice, it's a wonderful place with fantastic views over Nice and the sea. Patrick is a super host and always responsive. The villa is a home away from home. The bedrooms were kept cool by good and quiet aircon and comfortable beds. The pool is an excellent size with a deep end for diving. My kids took Ubers into Nice for about 20 euros a couple of nights and had no problem getting back. The views are breathtaking in the evening and we had dinner nearly every night in the villa so did not see much of Nice as i did not want to leave the place! We drove a few times to Villefranche Sur mere to go to the beach for a swim it's only 25 min drive and best to go early in the morning. Overall we had a great stay away from busy Nice. Casino supermarket and bakery are just a short drive away from the villa. If you are looking for a great place in Nice look no further this is the villa to book!
