Superbe vue mer face à Nausicaa

😊: Beautiful sea view. 1’ walk from the aquarium, a playground and the sea!. 😢: Lots of stairs, 4 floors stairs (although it’s situated on the 2nd floor) there are many more to reach the entrance. Difficult with kids.

😊: Good beds good equipments in the kitchen good TV, simple and efficient, our 4-year old twins felt home in a minute!!!. 😢: That we have to leave.

😊: This apartment has an amazing view of the beach and is located literally 3 mins from Nausicaa and about 17-20 mins from city centre. Living room is quite spacious with a comfortable sofa and a lovely working area with a desk. Kitchen is well equipped, with a big fridge, a toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is even a washing machine. The bathroom is big enough for two people at the same time (there are two washbasins); the shower nice and hot too. We had some problems with it while there (the boiler had a fault) but there was excellent communication from the owner who made sure a plumber attended the next day and the problem was resolved. We were even offered another property to take a shower in while ours was being worked on. All other queries were addressed almost immediately. The building is very quiet and there was no noise from the street. Highly recommended!. 😢: The only and very slight downside was the fact that it is located in the second floor and there is no lift, but that's really not such a big issue, and you get the view for your climbing efforts!.
