😊: We liked the space and the openness. Beds were comfortable.. 😢: The noise from the street at night was very loud. The smell after a few days from the bathroom was really bad due to the drains..

😊: I liked the location near the Arch de Triomph and I liked leaving, never to return.. 😢: Noise. The apartment is on/below street level. If the windows are opened to let air in then pedestrians can look straight in. Opening the windows also lets in the traffic noise of a very busy Paris street. (it runs directly into the roundabout of the Arch de Triomph). It should be mentioned that pedestrian noise on Friday/Saturday nights goes on into the early morning hours. Their is no alternative to getting air into the apartment so it gets very hot and stuffy. Their is NO air conditioning despite the listing claiming their is. There is a portable unit that pumps hot air out the back and cold air out the top. You are supposed to connect an exhaust hose (hidden in a cupboard) to an OPEN WINDOW for the hot air to escape.The first bedroom has no privacy as you need to go through it from the front door to access the rest of the apartment. There are 10 narrow stairs leading down from the 1st bedroom to the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has mold. The bathroom sink is clogged and does not drain. The kitchen sink has no plug. Finally, despite paying the city taxes up front when booking through booking.com, (I have the printout as proof) Sweett refused to complete my pre-entry check in until I paid them another $70 for City taxes..

😊: The location was superb and the design of course it’s breathtaking. The bed was awesome for me and few of my friends.. 😢: The one toilet problem. It’s rather hard to cater for a big group of 7-8. It will turn out to be a steam room after used by many..

😊: Excellent location and space. Easy check in and attentive hosts.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The location for our first visit to Paris was excellent, I would highly recommend and for our family of 5 it was perfect!. 😢: The tv didn’t work & we could of done with an extra bathroom but that wasn’t the host’s fault I should of booked a property with 2 bathrooms!.

Spectacular<br>#128578; The rooms are quite spacious and they look just exactly the same as what is in the pictures. The rooms are genera quite spacious and can accommodate a big family. The location is central to everything just 1 minute to champs Elysee and arc de trumphe . Cleanliness. The checking in process was seemless and response time was quite fast.<br>#128577; It exceeded our expectations and there was nothing not to like
