😊: Quiet location considering the property was in an apartment building surrounded by more flats. It was adequate for the price. We only met owner on arrival but she answered any queries he had.. 😢: Decoration needs upgrading, especially the toilet area. A little more information in the description as we didn't realise the type of property from the information given..

Close to lovely park and lake.. 😢: The pool was a significant reason for choosing this property (Late May). However it does not open until June. This was not made known on property description. The lounge does not feel homely. It feel very stark/sparse with just a sofa and tv. A few extra furnishings/furniture could help soften the feel..
