😊: It had absolutely everything we needed and was in a convenient location. The parking space was a great bonus too.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Spacious,very bright well equipped apartment. Secure and easy parking in a locked courtyard with well sized lots. The apartment is within easy driving distance from Arcachon and within walking distance from Gujan Mestras harbour and its oyster restaurants.. 😢: The number lock mounted on the door is a challenge for big handed guys..

😊: It suited for where we needed to be. Off street parking.. 😢: Communication using Booking.com was never answered on time. No remote for parking which was promised. Made access parking very awkward. Mattress stained. One set of tired bedding for 11 nights and only two towels. No bath only a shower. Shower cubical mouldy in places and very tired. Balcony dirty with discarded blind dumped in the corner. Toilet pan stained not very pleasant. One mug only for Tea/coffee. Host not very understanding..

😊: Easy to find. Big balcony. Car space for free,. 😢: The bed is too short, place needs a freshen up, all run down, to keep it good it needs some renovation, it looked nicer on the pictures than in real.
