T2 - Appartement 1 chbre Wissant - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Ideal location. Apartment met all expectations.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The check-in was easy.. 😢: It was quite disappointing for the first time ever staying somewhere without something as basic as soap or hand wash. There was a soap dispenser but clearly no one had checked it. There was no shower gel either and he shouldn’t be expected to bring those basics. not even any touches like any water in the fridge. no coffee and no coffee filters so not really ideal for a short stay either. there was a complete lack of atmosphere and ill matched bedding. we had booked for two nights but unfortunately had to shorten our day due to having to go back to the UK to attend to elderly parents who were not well and we left before the official checkout time and although the hosts were aware and we called them to let them know and they initially created the impression they would refund the night that we did not stay they refused when the booking.com customer service contacted them to process the refund, which felt dishonest and was very disappointing..

😊: It had a very relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable, spacious and in a good location.. 😢: Would have been handy to have USB charging points..
