T2 au cœur du centre historique de Briançon 5

😊: The location is perfect, the beds comfortable and the kitchen equipped (although I did not use it). Overall it’s a good size and well furnished to comfortably fit 4 people.. 😢: The cleanliness (there was a lot of hair in different places) and the fact that some furniture was broken. For example the ice door in the fridge was broken and thus unusable as blocked with ice. Also the apartment is on the third floor with very steep (and not well illuminated stairs). This was ok for us as we traveled lightly, but could be a problem for others with suitcases or difficulty walking up..

😊: Nice, clean, perfect location. Recommended..

😊: Nothing.. 😢: We left the property 5 minutes after getting the keys as the smell of smoke and dirt were unbearable. Both husband and kid are asthmatic and immediately started feeling sick so we were left with no choice but leaving and looking for a place to stay last minute. In a cupboard with cleaning supply we found a very filthy mop that was probably the source of the smell - see pictures below. The sofa in the living room is full of stains and dirty. We were asked to take the bed sheets off ourselves before leaving the place which was unusual. The kitchen just didn’t look sanitised with spare tea bags out in the open. The landlord was contacted about all issues but did not reply. I would advise to absolutely AVOID this place, especially if you are a family with kids..
