T2 AVIGNON intra muros spacieux et lumineux - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: We are not sure why this property is so well rated. See below. The good: - The neighbourhood is quiet and well situated but there were neighbours that were drilling half the time we were there. - There’s a parking space but it’s a bit tight and extremely dirty. - We were allowed more than one toilet roll.. 😢: The owners are so cheap it’s unbelievable. When we pay over 120€ per night (with a discount) for Avignon for a week long stay, the owners are still trying to save 50 cents by providing: - 1 bin liner, - 1 dishwasher tablet - 1 laundry detergent tab. Apparently if we need anymore we are supposed to buy them ourselves? The owner said to go to the supermarket! (See photo). So much audacity, we are on holiday with a baby and guests are not supposed to stock up the owners’ supplies so that they can save 50 cents when we have paid close to 800€ for a terrible flat. The dishwasher tablet has to be used at the end of the stay as they want the dishes clean, so can’t be used during the stay (what’s the point of having a dishwasher listed then?). We had to leave our dirty dishes in the dishwasher for the owners to run since we were not going to wash them by hand when there’s a perfectly functional dishwasher. The laundry detergent tab needs to be used to rewash the towels provided as they all smell so bad and musty because of the humidity, so can’t wash our own clothes (what’s the point of having a washing machine listed then?). Will not even comment on the reason why they would not even provide a 5cent bin liner if they want to keep the place clean. We had chosen this properly for the amenities which we could not use, for the parking that is extremely dirty (the lifts being next to the bins with decades worth of spider webs), the kitchen where most things seems unclean (such as the wooden utensil) and all the pan which are Teflon are completely scratched. The towels and the bathroom in general smelled extremely bad to the point that we preferred not to dry our hands. Half the decoration is from the streets and the other half looks extremely cheap unfortunately. The rug is a plastic grass meant for the balcony, not an inside rug..

😊: Design, facilities (all you need incl air conditioning), owner (very reactive).. 😢: There was a brief cut in the hot water supply because of public works in the area (beyond the owner’s control)..

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Sandrine hatte alles perfekt organisiert. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Von der Garage fährt ein Aufzug direkt vor die Wohnungstür. Die Wohnanlage ist bewacht und mit einem Sicherheiscode versehen. 100 prozentige Weiterempfehlung. Vielen Dank Sandrine, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung!<br>#128578; Es war wie eine vollwertige Wohnung eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt! Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert, hat man sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, gemütlich und man befand sich in bester Lage zur Stadtmitte mit einem komfortablen Parkplatz. Und das, innerhalb der Stadtmauer. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr freundlich und einladend!<br>#128577; Es gibt rein gar nichts zu beanstanden!
