T2 cosy centre ville

😊: Location was good, close to new and old city centres, easily accessible. Apartment was nice and clean.. 😢: Owner (corporation) tried to scam us for extra money. While booking.com mentioned checkout at 11am, we got a message saying checkout was at 9am, and we needed to pay extra for late checkout. They have their own booking portal which they say is the 'truth'. Needless to say I didn't pay anything extra and still stayed until 11am, all the messages (a lot!) are automated anyway, we did not see a single person..

😊: Great newly furbished apartment which has everything you need, from microwave to oven, chopping board to great towels. The apartment is small but very functional. The bed is amazing, the location is very central, parking was no problem. The staircase of the building is being redone - which the owner warned us about up front, which I found a very good way to manage expectations. Overall a great stay and I'd stay here again if I'd return.. 😢: Communication was a bit difficult as all messages were in French. The information to get the keys was adequite but it would be so much easier if they would provide a picture of which lock box they meant, especially as all communication was in French. I didn't appreciate the 3 messages in the morning of our check-out, asking if we had already left. If check-out is at 11 am, then please expect me to leave by 11 am. Now I felt pressured to leave earlier and communicate with the whatapp messages while I was occupied with something else. Other than that - great stay..

😊: Well equipped, clean and comfortable. I would definitely suggest it.. 😢: It would be great if the radiators were turned on before the check in..
