😊: Great location and excellent hospitality. We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. Location: Exactly 400m from the Sanctuary, just as advertised. Very convenient. Cleanliness: The apartment was neat, clean, and perfectly tidy. Host: Incredibly accommodating! They kindly let us drop our bags off early because of our early flight. Amenities: Having a kitchen was very useful, and the provided fans were lifesaver since the weather was very hot.. 😢: There is nothing to mention..

😊: This is my second stay with this property in Lourdes within a month. The host was wonderful, very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and respond to our messages very promptly. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. It is fully equipped with all basic amenities for preparing breakfast or a meal, and the washing machine with dryer is definitely an advantage if you have a longer stay. The heating system is good and the shower is powerful too. The location is great, within 5 minutes walk to the St. Joseph Gate of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. There are numerous food and beverages outlets nearby. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.. 😢: None.

😊: Our stay for 3 nights in this property was wonderful and memorable. The host was fantastic, very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and safe. Its location is great, just a few minutes walking distance to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and city centre. There are lots of food and beverage outlets around the area. It is fully equipped with all amenities for preparing breakfast or meals. The heating system is functional, especially during cold weather, and the washing machine is a plus if you have a longer stay. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.. 😢: None.

😊: I WAS SURPRISED HOW BOOKING.COM GAVE RATING OF 8.2 WHEREIN WHILE ENTERING THE APARTMENT I BECOMING SICK WITH GARBAGE AND URINE SMELL. I STAYED THERE FOR 10 MINUTES ONLY AND HAD TO LEAVE THE PLACE. I FURTHER REQUESTED MY SOLICITORS TO TAKE NECESSARY LEGAL STEPS AGAINST BOOKING.COM AND OWNER OF THE APARTMENT FOR RECOVERY OF PAYMENTS WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION FEES. THIS IS WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO MY RIGHTS AND CONTENTIONS TO SEEK FURTHER LEAGAL RECOURSE IN THIS MATTER..
