😊: Appartement très correct Host très réactif Très éclairé Très propre Box de stationnement très utile. 😢: Une voisine qui s'est présentée comme présidente de "je ne sais pas quoi", nous a rencontré au sous-sol, et nous a demandé de nettoyer l'immeuble car soi-disant nos valises a fait salir la moquette. Acte de racisme. Je ne voulais pas lui répondre par respect a notre hoste..

😊: Was a great little apartment that had everything we needed for our short stay. 😢: Only downside was the main shower head being broken… but the hand held shower head was fine and we still were able to shower like normal.

😊: The flat is comfy, modern and sunny. The neighborhood is not downtown but it's nice, felt safe and close to the metro station which is more than you need. A web link was sent with useful information about the place and the city as well.. 😢: The host doesn't speak English (as mentioned on the listing). We asked for an early check-in and refused. I was fine by that, check-in starts at 15:00. But when we went there at 15:30 the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes. The place looked clean but the walls had some marks and stains, a spiderweb was in the corner ceiling and the bed sheets were not ironed. All the above made us wonder if the sheets were freshly changed..

😊: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. It's clean all throughout and well designed. The location is short walk to the metro and close to lots of local amenities. Host was helpful when we couldn't locate the keys at first. Overall stay was pleasant and would highly recommend..

😊: New design, comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. Air conditioner. Fast wifi. Full of Kitchen stuff. Extra dry machine for clothes. Free car parking. Great quiet location, easy transfer to city centra. The best accommodation I rent for my family.. 😢: Mosquito in the room. But they have a spray there. The toilet doesn't smell well, but it doesn't bother us..

Holiday for a family of...<br>#128578; Property is very new and everything you need is already there. All kitchen equipment, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc is there and new. Property has a private garage and very convenient if you rent a car there. Property has a balcony where you can enjoy your drinks at quiet night time. Julian is very friendly and always there to help if you need anything. Property is close to the popular sand beaches.<br>#128577; The Teflon’s in kitchen needs renewing. Other than that everything is near perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming!<br>#128578; I really liked how clean and organized the property was. The host went above and beyond by having a folder with information about Marseille. The host was also thoughtful about having items around the home that would be helpful to travelers. Also, I need to say thank you to the host for installing an air bed for my child and left it ready for us. We are very grateful for the hospitality and how welcomed they made us feel. 100/100!<br>#128577; I have no complaints.
