Renovated with love<br>#128578; We were met at the property by Nicolas, as we needed him to let us into the secure park. He then took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. He and his wife have done a wonderful job of renovating the apartment to make it very comfortable. They live next door, so it was also easy to hand over the keys and exit the parking the next day. Great location and very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening! Well equipped and a short walk to restaurants, attractions, and beautiful old town. The location is perfect! On the fourth floor so quiet and a parking spot is included. The host/owner is extremely nice, available, and ready to give help and information. He made our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitively recommend this apartment and we would love to come back. Really happy with our stay! Merci infiniment Nikolas!

My wife and I spent 4 days here, lovely area, 3 min walk to the Metro. Walking distance to l’île de Nantes, communication was great with owners. Nothing to complain about. Merci beacoup Nicolas et Lydie.
