😊: -. 😢: Our stay at these apartments was extremely disappointing. Despite attractive photos, the reality was quite the opposite. The walls were dirty, and the place clearly needed renovation. The bed was too short, making it uncomfortable for anyone taller than 180 cm. Both the bed and sofa mattresses were worn out and needed replacement. However, the worst issue was the heating and hot water. After 11 PM, the owner remotely turned off both, leaving us freezing in winter. Even when we manually turned on the radiators, she reduced the temperature via her phone. Her only solution was a noisy, smelly heater that was impossible to use while sleeping. The fact that she controlled the apartment remotely made us feel uneasy, as if we were being watched. This level of intrusion and lack of basic comfort was unacceptable. We strongly advise against renting this place..

😊: Design. 😢: Very cold inside, the heating stoped during the night. When we arrived, around 3 pm it was very cold as well. The host said that we should use a radiator if we needed more heat, the problem was that the radiator was very noisy, you couldn’t sleep with it open. After complaining and complaining about this, the host stoped texting back. Not ok 👎 We are in december, fully winter time. The heat must be on all the time..
