😊: Nice renovated appartment, clean and cosy..

😊: Not a lot.. 😢: No welcome. No person arrived to greet. Automated correspondence to entry. We could have been standing on the pavement all night. Exceedingly unsafe stairs to upper floor inside apartment, no stair rail, no balustrade! Unfinished DIY, especially stairs, bathroom and understairs broomcupboard (sorry ) toilet. Obviously rushed for rugby world cup bonanza. Pathetic DIY to complete. No extraction or ventilation or natural light in either bathroom or toilet. Don't rent this premises..

😊: Suited us perfectly for what it was.. 😢: Bedroom was upstairs- comfortable and so on. However, there was no bannister/guard rail between the stairs and the bedroom floor so during the night if you wanted to use the bathroom it would be quite easy to fall down the stairs and injure yourself if you were unlucky..

😊: The apartment feels like they tried to make it look really nice.. 😢: Everything looked very new but a lot of it was not put together properly and felt quite cheap. Also, the dishes weren’t really clean when we first got to the apartment. The stairs to the top floor are quite steep and there is no hand rail and upstairs there is no rail either, just a whole on the floor, making it very unsafe. The bed felt like it was falling apart and was not assembled properly at all. The apartment door didn’t fit properly into the frame, making it very difficult to open and close. Part of it feels unfinished with wires sticking out of the wall..
