😊: Coach. 😢: Access details were only provided minutes before check-in, which was very inconvenient. We requested an early check-in due to illness (30 minutes), but he/she said that early check in resulted in an extra charge. And sent a link for payment immediately after. So we declined. The corridor was very dirty. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the black bed sheets and duvet made it hard to tell if they were clean. The living room was very cold, yet the electric heating was set to run overnight while no one was there, which made no sense. Also they set up an check out at 10 am that is very early and not usually practice in the hospitality Overall, the apartment did not meet basic comfort expectations..

😊: Neat location. High spec room. Nice balcony. Had a kettle!!!. 😢: Wasn't so easy to get in. Instructions came too late I think..
