T2 Pied des pistes - Vue Écrins - Cosy & Équipé Famille

😊: Could walk to piste in 5 mins and ski down for first lift. 😢: Apartment hard to find, directions/instructions sent only in French, property managers only communicate in French or via WhatsApp and have generally unhelpful attitude, room unclean, charged a deposit which we should not have paid, deposit was not returned on false basis (felt like this was a scam - we were told mattress on sofa bed was broken but it was already in 2 sections when we arrived, 3 water glasses left on draining board to dry, 3 plastic water bottles left out for recycling), spent over 2 hours on phone to booking.com trying to resolve the problem (they eventually refunded our deposit as the property managers would not), whole experience a massive stress and would not recommend. We know the accommodation was going to be basic but did not expect apartment to be unclean and to be scammed regarding the deposit..

😊: Clean, tidy, amazing views, access to swimming pool, and local walking/ climbing. 😢: All good, we would definitely stay again!.
