😊: Nothing. It's the dirtiest place we ever seen : the mattresses were old and with dirty marks. Even the sheets didn't look clean : they had marks too. Everything was stinking: pillows, duvet , blankets .Inside the fitted wardrobe the wall was covered by black mould.. 😢: The cups still had residues of previous drinks the cutlery was dirty too. The toilet light , the hob, the coffee machine didn't work : they brought a temporary hob in the morning. The breakfast is terrible : pain au chocolat was old ,and in a plastic bag, there were two open jam jars in the fridge: I asked for new jam jars and we got it together with the butter..after a complicated talk with the owner ( my French is impeccable) we manage to have WiFi, a very slow inefficient WiFi. All the walls were covered by dust , the bedroom has a nice window door but it didn't shut Never back there . The owner is very rude ..

😊: Location! Very close th train station and to the old town.. 😢: Property is in the process of renovation..

😊: Great huge apartment very close to the centre. Even though we didn’t have direct contact with the owner they were very helpful and replied very promptly to enquiries we had. The apartment is very quiet and has black out shutters so it was the best sleep we’ve had during our trip.. 😢: The door lock had a bit of a tricky lock- mechanism but once we’ve figured it out it was ok..
