T2 Proche plage - Centre cagnes sur mer

😊: Close to train station and beach. 😢: The whole apartment felt unclean, floors hadn’t been swept, crockery was also dirty. There were massive cracks in the walls and mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shades in the living room were broken so could not be closed to block out light if someone was sleeping on the sofa bed. The bathroom door jammed and had to be pried open which had clearly happened before as there were large gouges out of the doorframe near the lock. The host was unresponsive to questions..

😊: The location is good and convenient.. 😢: Lack of hygiene, lot of dust, dirty cookware, all frying pan had the non-stick layer completely scratched, broken furniture. Blimds not working properly. Broken walls and doors (door in thr kitchen was even removed and exhaust fan not working poperly). Unresponsive host. This isn't serious..
