😊: very spacious, super equipped, well located, free parking. 😢: all well hoped for, zero complaints.

😊: Apartments are very clean. There is everything you need for your comfort.. 😢: The couch is a little bit tough.

😊: This is a spiffy and modern apartment in a nice area. Facilities are very good (though note there is no wifi). The bathroom is spacious with excellent water pressure in the shower, and the bed is comfortable. Sheets and pillowcases can be found in the closet; towels are provided. There's a very useful information booklet available, and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with, including helping me out in a logistical matter that I won't go into. There is a busy road adjacent; I didn't find the noise bothersome. The location is a little away from the center, but the no. 4 bus on the main avenue will take you to and from the train station (where you can connect with the no. 2 to Intra-Muros). For those with a vehicle, parking is plentiful. Note also the well-stocked farmer's market just a couple of minutes' walk away. Would certainly stay here again.. 😢: No complaints!.
