T2 rénové hyper centre vue dégagée

😊: The location is good and just some 15 minutes walk to the center. There is a groceries store and a pastery shop at the bottom of the building. The apartment is accessible by an elevator. The bedroom is the highlight of the apartment as it had a wall mounted TV, curtain blinds, and a very functional heater. Communication with the host was great and he offered us a late check out and also provided a coffee machine with pods.. 😢: There are some details that needs to be improved on to make the apartment ideal for a longer stay.. The lack of towel hangers, wardrobe hangers, not enough drinking mugs/cups in the apartment and no oven dish for baking. The living room is not well insulated and so requires heating to be turned on at most times. It could be helpful installing an additional heater to fully cover the space, particularly for winter guests. There is a water leak stain on the ceiling of the living room, close to the window. This should have been dealt with before checking in any guest. The light and consumer unit in the apartment kept tripping off, each time we tried to use the oven or coffee machine. Perhaps it would be helpful to install an additional consumer unit that will be dedicated to the heaters and so reduce the load on the current consumer unit. This constant light tripping is a serious concern for the health and safety of guests and requires immediate attention..

😊: The flat was a quick walk to the centre, and with good amenities near by. The host was available and well responsive. The flat it’s ok for short stays, could clearly be better and more comfortable with some simple adjustments.. 😢: There’s some details that need to be improved..
