😊: Is clean and good property. 😢: But I don’t like you need to leave at 10am.

😊: Excellent location, responsive owner, coffee pads at our disposal, comfortable bed in bedroom. 😢: The sink in the kitchen was clocked (we did get informed about this the day of our arrival), there was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom and the apartment was not entirely clean. Some basic amenities lacked: tablets for the dishwasher, spare toilet paper. Uncomfortable sofa bed. It could get very warm in the apartment and especially in the bedroom because there is no window, luckily there were two fans. For sensitive people: the flat is right above a comedy club, which can be quite noisy in the evening..

😊: Centrally located around the corner from the main square in Angers, but nevertheless mostly quiet due to location in a cul-de-sac. Everything can be reached on foot, including the train station, and a choice of public transport is also close by.. 😢: The aircon was greatly appreciated but from time to time it let out small screeches, which required getting used to, especially at night. The bathroom and WC can only be accessed through the main bedroom..
