T2 SUN 3 étoiles- Plage & Commerces à 200m- Terrasse avec Barbecue- Résidence neuve avec Parking & Wifi

😊: New apartment with all equipment needed, east to cool down the temperature due to being in the ground floor. Nice terrace with grill. Secure parking place. Close (5min walk) to the main beach and other smaller even more beautiful beaches (3-5mins with car)..

😊: ++ Brand-new structure ++ Super-clean and tidy ++ Fully equipped kitchen. Double air-conditioning. Large terrace with bbq ++ Fiber-optic fast Wi-Fi + Peaceful sleep, thanks to the comfortable bed, blinders and fully-insulated windows (not that there is a lot of traffic) + internal parking + proximity to beaches, markets, etc.. 😢: = not an issue per-se, but the relation with the host is virtual. She is very responsive, though. - the bathroom is a bit smelly, likely because the flat is located at the ground floor and the sewage smells out of it..
