😊: The location was fantastic, nice balcony, comfortable lounge, parking. 😢: After a seven hour drive we arrived in carnac a bit earlier than expected. We tried to call the given number but no one spoke English....we managed to get a local shop owner to call them for us and they said early check-in wasn't available but someone would be there at the specified check-in time. No one came, we were stood outside the gates of the apartment in very hot temperature for an hour, 30 minutes of which were spent on the phone to the very helpful man at booking.com. Someone eventually turned up, then informed us we couldn't park at the apartment as the road is always closed at 5pm..she arrived just as they were shutting the gates. This meant our car was parked a very long way away and we were having to pay for the privilege. The staff were very unhelpful and made our stay very stressful. We contacted them for the WiFi code but heard nothing back which was very frustrating. The towels we had to pay extra for were grubby and tatty and the pillows had disgusting yellow stains all over them. It's a shame as apart from the bedroom which had a very low pointed ceiling it would have been a good place to stay on future visits..

😊: Location good. Balcony pleasant. 😢: Lack of instructions for arrival and entry prior to arrival. Prepaid linen not already at the flat. Only one roll of loo paper..
