😊: Good Location. 😢: Mouldy room.

😊: Very affordable. 😢: The owners asked us to not pay attention to some small unfinished areas which were work in progress however there were many elements that weren't clean. Bed sheets didn't feel like they were clean. Mattress was terrible and felt like a water bed. Pots and pans were greasy. Floors were dirty. Toaster didn't work. Clock didn't work. Kettle was full of lime scale. May never have been washed. There are loose wires hanging down the wall in the living area. Door was difficult to lock so it felt a little unsafe..

😊: Nice and clean inside, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fab shower, great facilities though the coffee maker remained a mystery to me… I gave up on that 😬. 😢: Quite noisy neighbours, in a busy block undergoing renovation but presumably all for the better once finished..

😊: It was close to the Le Man's 24 Hours Circuit. We stayed only one night and it was fine for this.. 😢: Could be cleaner, dust in all the fans. Bathroom, needs re-grouting and shower heads need descaling. Freezer needed to be defrosted..

😊: Location.. 😢: When we stripped the bedding from the pillows one was extremely dirty. Thought we could smell something odd in bed a few times..
