😊: Good parking facilities with security. The internet wasn't working, but every effort was made to resolve the problem, and it was finally fixed. 😢: We had expected the garden to be an oasis, but the pictures were misleading. Even though it was warm, we didn't use it.

😊: Very spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet and good location - about 15 minutes walk to the city centre (albeit hilly walk back). The garden was a lovely bonus.. 😢: Problems with access, key collection/fob and parking We were given clear instructions for arrival including a code to pick up the keys. When we drove up to the entrance gate we couldn't access the property as the gate wouldn't open without a key fob. The pedestrian side gate also needed a key to access the property. We waited 20 minutes outside for a resident to let us in. When we went to pick up the keys the code given didn't work. Luckily for us the cleaner was still there and she gave us a completely different code. The keys included a key fob for the electronic gate, which gave you access to limited parking spaces. However, the key fob given was different to the one in the collection pictures and did not open the gate (no electronic buttons). The same kind resident said our key fob wouldn't work and let us in using her key fob, so luckily we were able to park. Exiting the carpark you didn't need the key fob and we were only there one night so didn't need frequent access. There is street parking a few streets away if needed. The arrival should have been straight forward but ended up being frustrating and quite time consuming. I'm not sure what we would have done if a neighbour hadn't have helped us or the cleaner hadn't been there..

😊: The size of the accommodation was good. There was a terrace but we did not use it. Location to the town centre was walkable. Secure parking available, once gate entry was mastered.. 😢: The apartment has the makings of being a great rental but it is in need of a major deep clean which I found disappointing. It seemed evident that it just gets a quick superficial spruce up between guests eg large dirty cobwebs on ceiling and fittings, old soap and dirty sponges not changed, mouldy disposable gloves, sticky rings on table. Also there was no bath plug annoyingly or sink plug for washing up and more importantly no bread knife - an essential in France!.

Keuken met alle faciliteiten als je er meerdere dagen verblijft. . Tv met oa. Netflix en gameconsole was leuk pluspunt 🎥.<br>#128577; Veel wegenwerken rond het appartement en gps die ons steeds in rondjes liet rijden naar alle opengebroken smalle straatjes. 🏗️Spijtig dat dit "niet" specifiek gemeld werd om er via zo en zo makkelijk te geraken. Maar niet getreurd. De werken gaan goed vooruit. 🚧

Die Unterkunft ist super und...<br>#128578; Zu schade für eine Nacht... Eine tolle Unterkunft, die sich super für längere Aufenthalte eignet. Eine Terrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag träumen und ausspannen könnte und sein Besichtigungsprogramm vergessen könnte. Parkplätze gehören zum Haus. Leider hatten wir (für eine Nacht) das Problem, dass ringsherum Bauarbeiten in den Straßen vorgenommen wurden und der Zugang zum Haus durch das Navi schwierig war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist super!

Séjour très agréable !<br>#128578; Appartement très agréable : au sein d'une résidence sécurisée et très calme. Une fois dans l'appartement, on entend rien et il y a très peu de vis-à-vis donc on peut aussi apprécier l'extérieur. Un petit coin vert très sympa en ville.
