😊: It was warm. 😢: The address was different from the one given, I was made to wait in the freezing cold for the key holder to turn up and he wasn’t very helpful or friendly. I couldn’t light the gas hob to cook, the cutlery was dirty, the towel provided was very old and ragged. The bedside lights didn’t work..
