😊: We loved how comfortable the appartement was. It was very central and with all local amenities at walking distance. There is parking 1min away ( limited during the week, but free on weekends). We got a very nice welcome from one of the staff members. We have family in Tourcoing and so we will definitely book this appartement again.. 😢: There wasn’t much not to like. There was a heatwave so the appartement was hot at night, so maybe extra fans are needed. There were people hanging out outside the block. It was intimidating at first, but they are friendly and do not disturb you. There isn’t much we disliked . As I said we will book here again..

😊: The house was clean and functional. All necessary equipment was available..

😊: We stayed at this property for one night from 30th to 31st May. While there were a few positives, overall our experience was underwhelming. Positives: The host was courteous and provided timely and accurate directions to reach the property, including clear instructions on how to access the keys and the cleaning expectations upon departure. The apartment itself was spacious, offering two bedrooms and a living room, which was appreciated. Free open parking was available near the apartment, which added convenience.. 😢: Unfortunately, the stay was let down by several factors. The bedrooms had very thin curtains, which compromised privacy and made it difficult to block out light, especially problematic during the early summer sunrise. The WC did not have a wash basin, requiring a walk to the bathroom to wash hands—an inconvenient and unhygienic setup. The sofa bed in the living room had a mattress that was heavily stained, and the mattresses in both bedrooms were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the kitchen appeared clean, it was poorly equipped and did not feel hygienic enough for us to feel comfortable preparing or consuming food. The size of beds in both bedroom were small with mattress not very comfortable. Likewise the mattress for the sofa bed in the living room was stained all over and unhygienic to sleep on..

😊: The apartment is big. It has good location, close to supermarkets and metro. The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a lift in the building. 😢: It was not very clean, we had to clean surfaces, bathroom, sink etc with napkins. The floor was also not clean. The smell in the apartment and building itself is unpleasant. Some handlers on doors were broken, the door in bath was broken, vacuum cleaner was barely working.
